Coastal Pile Cutters International, LLC - Terms & Conditions

Coastal Pile Cutters International, LLC (hereafter known as CPC) agrees to provide our customers all necessary equipment to cut concrete pilings under the following terms and conditions:

Prior to CPC accepting a signed purchase order, the contractor will supply CPC with the required documentation on the number, size, and structural design of the piling to be cut.

The contractor is required to supply CPC with proof of insurance covering our equipment while it is on the contractor's job site. Lost damage coverage in the amount of no less than $700,000 is required to be provided by the contractor prior to the start of a project unless otherwise stated in our quotations. CPC liability insurance is provided upon issuance of a purchase order.

CPC operator expenses on out-of-town projects will be billed at $180.00/day whenever an operator is required to stay overnight. An hourly labor rate is charged in addition to the rental fee. In states that require prevailing wages to be paid, these wages must be greater than the labor rates provided.

CPC operator expenses and equipment mobilization costs will be invoiced in addition to the pile cutting services provided. All round-trip mobilization provided by us will be billed at cost. The contractor may provide mobilization with proof of insurance.

CPC minimum cut requirements will apply each day that the equipment and operator are on site. When the minimum cuts per day are not met as required by the terms of the signed contract, it is agreed that the minimum number of cuts will be billed for that day. The minimum cuts required do not apply to the first and last day of any project.

The contractor shall pay all CPC invoices net 30 days from date of invoice. A 2% late payment charge may be added to any invoices that reach 15 days past due.
